Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting * Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff * Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans * Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements

* Active CNA certification or Personal Care Assistant experience preferred * Valid Nevada state certification or eligibility to work as a CNA/PCA * Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
