Personal Care Assistant w/ CMT & CNA - Mon thru Fri - 3pm to 11pm

About the Role

Looking for an engaging, compassionate, reliable, and respectful personal care support staff for one adult living with a disability. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and promote independence and quality of life in a safe, supportive environment. 8 hour shift - Monday thur Friday - 3pm to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support with mobility and transfers (using a Hoyer lift)
• Assist with GTube feeding and related care
• Administer medication as directed
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with team.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience
• Experience with G-tube care (preferred)
• Current State of Maryland Certified Medication Technician Certification (CMT) (required)
• Current State of Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (required)
• Current first aide/CPR certifications (must have in-class component) (required)
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility and repositioning (individual weighs approximately 90 lbs)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required
