Client Service Location

Rock Hill, South Carolina We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to assist a 77-year-old female client with her daily personal care needs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

* Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6 hours per day, preferably 9:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. * Tuesday & Thursday: 4.5 hours per day, preferably 9:00 AM–1:30 PM. * Total: 27 hours per week.

Caregiver Responsibilities

* Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment. * Assistance with getting in and out of the shower and personal hygiene. * Fall prevention and mobility assistance. * Assistance with safe transfers. * Running errands and assisting with daily needs. * Must be physically capable of safely lifting and replacing 5-gallon water bottles for the client's water dispenser.

Client's Medical Conditions & Mobility Needs

* Currently receiving dialysis (since December). * Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. * Atrial fibrillation (AFib). * Uses a walker for mobility. * Requires assistance with transfers and fall prevention.

Important Information

The client has a Shih Tzu service dog in her home for health-related assistance. The caregiver must be comfortable working in a home with a service dog.
