Location: Lehigh Acres, FL

Available Shifts Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday shifts also available
• Applicants may apply for one shift or multiple shifts based on availability.

Lifestyle Care Professionals LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced female caregiver to provide Personal Support and Companion services for an adult female client with behavioral support needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
• Prepare meals and encourage proper hydration
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities at home and in the community
• Assist with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Implement positive behavior support strategies and provide redirection when needed
• Complete required documentation and electronic service notes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Follow the client’s individualized support plan while promoting independence and dignity

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to complete)
• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
