Pre and Post Op CNA

Overview

Fry Eye Associates has an immediate opening for a part-time Pre Op / Post Op CNA. This position is responsible for assisting RN with pre and post operative patient care for Ophthalmology surgery. Applicants must be career driven, highly efficient and willing to learn new skills necessary for success in a specialized branch of medicine. Duties

• Assist patients with pre-operative preparations and post operative procedures, to ensure patient comfort and compliance with surgical protocols
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Assist with patient education and post-operative care instructions and recovery processes to promote optimal healing
• Monday - Friday, 5-6 hours shifts, early morning to early afternoon

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively support patient educations and team collaboration

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
