Private Caregiver / Personal Assistant

Senior Care Concierge is a boutique, nurse-led home care and concierge company providing personalized support to older adults and individuals with disabilities.

As we expand our presence throughout Chester County, we are seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers and personal assistants to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working one-on-one with clients in a private home setting. Our clients may need assistance with everyday activities, companionship, transportation, household tasks, or maintaining their independence.

Responsibilities May Include

• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Providing support to individuals with mobility limitations or disabilities
• Communicating client updates and concerns professionally
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal assistance, or related experience preferred
• Experience supporting older adults or individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screening
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently while following individualized care plans

Scheduling & Availability

We are currently building our Chester County caregiver team in anticipation of upcoming client assignments.

Schedules will vary based on individual client needs and may include weekday, evening, or weekend opportunities.
