PRN Female Caregiver Hyde Park Area - As Needed Only

We are seeking a female caregiver available on a PRN (as‑needed) basis to provide backup coverage for clients in the Hyde Park area. This position is strictly PRN and intended for coverage when regular caregivers are unavailable.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers who take pride in caring for others. Ideal candidates are honest, dependable, and truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of older adults. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment — all while working under nurse-led oversight.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.)

* Assist with medication reminders and mobility support * Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping * Offer companionship and emotional support * Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care * Follow client care plans and uphold agency policies and professional standards *

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, or related field preferred)
