Psychiatric Support Staff / Caregiver/CNA

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals to join our Psychiatric Supportive Living team. This position provides one-on-one support to an adult with complex medical and mental health needs within a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, hygiene, toileting, and meals
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and supervision
• Monitor for changes in physical or mental status and document observations
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community outings
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and empathic environment
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and management team

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental illness, neurological disorders, developmental disabilities, or older adults preferred
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and personal care
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
