*Job Description:*

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time or full-time employee for residents in Sullivan. In this role, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Your primary duties will involve assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring overall well-being. The current hours are 5x8; flexible schedule.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

· Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

· Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or family members.

· Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients move around their home or assist with transportation to appointments.

· Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client, following all health and safety protocols.

· Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct.

*Qualifications:*

· Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred, but not required.

· Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

· Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.
