Shifts

Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends (rotating/varied schedules available)

What you’ll do

Provide person-centered support in a residential environment

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Offer companionship and encourage community engagement

Support meal planning, preparation, and household tasks (laundry, light cleaning)

Follow individualized care and support plans

Provide medication reminders or assistance per training and company policy

Document services, observations, and incidents accurately and on time

Monitor health and safety; report concerns promptly

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families

Assist with transportation to appointments and activities as needed

What you bring

Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Prior caregiving or human services experience (preferred, not required)

Ability to use basic mobile/computer apps for documentation

Ability to lift and assist (up to 50 lbs with support) and stand/walk for extended periods

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (company-provided training available)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred; may be required for some shifts)

Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings

Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
