Residential Services Caregiver (Part-Time)

Crabtree Living Solutions is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to support adults in our residential homes. As a Part-Time Residential Services Caregiver, you’ll provide person-centered care that promotes dignity, safety, and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

What you’ll do

Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) with respect and privacy.

Follow individualized care plans; provide medication reminders and complete accurate documentation.

Encourage independence, skill-building, and community participation through person-centered support.

Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping and laundry.

Build trusting relationships through companionship and clear, empathetic communication.

Assist with mobility and safe transfers; use equipment and safety techniques as trained.

Accompany or transport residents to appointments and activities, if assigned.

Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures; promptly report changes or concerns.

Collaborate with supervisors, nurses, and families to ensure excellent, consistent care.

What you’ll bring

Compassion, patience, reliability, and a commitment to person-centered care.

18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Caregiving experience is a plus—paid training provided.

Ability to use mobile apps for documentation and scheduling.

Able to lift/pivot up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if driving residents is assigned.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Availability for at least two shifts per week, including some weekend...
