You'll work hand in hand with our in-house therapy team to help residents keep the strength and independence they've worked for.

### What you'll do

• Deliver restorative nursing programs under the direction of the licensed nurse and therapy team
• Lead active and passive range-of-motion exercises
• Help residents walk safely and practice transfers and bed mobility
• Apply, remove and care for splints and braces
• Support restorative dining and self-feeding programs
• Document each session and report progress or concerns to the nurse and therapists
• Pitch in with resident care on the floor when needed

### What you bring

• Active Montana CNA certification
• 6 months of CNA experience, ideally in long-term care
• Restorative aide training preferred; we will train the right person
• Current BLS preferred
• Patience, encouragement and a team-first attitude
• Able to pass a background check
