RN - Perio Services - Surgery (CNA), Full-time, Rotating shift

Located in Templeton amongst the oak trees, Adventist Health Twin Cities has been serving northern San Luis Obispo County since 1977. Comprised of a 122-bed acute care facility, our team provides exceptional care in emergency medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics, digestive disorders, wound care, and various medical, surgical and outpatient services. Job Summary

Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. Functions as Scrub Technician when needed. Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice, and promoting cooperation among the health care team. This position is represented by CNA.

* Graduate of a school of nursing: Required * Six or more months of relevant OR experience: Required Licenses/Certifications:

* Current RN license in state of practice: Required * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 3 months of hire * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 3 months of hire * Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required Facility Specific License/Certifications:
