Second Shift Group Home Caregiver

This position works in a group home setting in Georgetown, providing caregiver services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job duties for this position include administering medications, preparing meals, transporting clients, working on independent living skills, and prompting clients with cleanliness in the home.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to communicate well with clients and fellow staff members, complete required documentation with basic Microsoft Office functions in a timely manner, and ensure the best quality of support and care for the clients in their home.

The hours for this position are Sunday 6 pm to midnight, Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm- to Midnight. Full time staff enjoy benefits that include group health insurance, and paid holidays, 401K retirement plan with matching employer funds, paid training, and opportunities for overtime.

This position has an hourly rate of $14.00, with opportunities for increases based on performance. Certified CNA's start at a higher hourly rate.

Candidates must be 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a drug screen and background check.
