Shared Care Caregiver in Senior Living Community

This is a full-time, long-term role

supporting multiple clients within one premier independent living community — not a one-to-one home care position. If you're an efficient, reliable caregiver who wants steady hours in a single location with a growing client base, this role was built for you.

ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland is the preferred home care provider at a premier independent living community in Lake Highlands, and our Shared Care program is growing quickly. As a Shared Care Caregiver, you'll move between multiple clients throughout your shift, completing scheduled care tasks for each — companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and household needs — all coordinated through a care app on your smartphone.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility — or a proven track record of highly efficient, organized caregiving
