Home Care Assistance is hiring dedicated caregivers who prefer shorter shifts! These positions are a great fit for part-time caregivers, caregivers with other commitments, or anyone looking for a few hours of meaningful work each day.

### Pay Details

• 6+ Months Caregiving Experience: $16/hr
• Medical Assistant or 4+ Years Caregiving Experience: $17/hr
• CNA: $18/hr
• +$1/hr Weekend Differential Pay

### Short-Shift Availability

4–6 hour shifts available!

Hours and shift availability vary based on our clients' needs

These shorter shifts are a great option if you're looking for part-time hours without committing to a full 8- or 12-hour shift.

### Caregiver Duties

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare light meals
• Complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and dementia support
• Assist with transportation to appointments as needed

### Requirements

• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
• Weekend availability is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Auto insurance and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
