STNA/ Home Health Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistance, CNA, and STNAs at our home care agency. PCAs provide crucial support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to prescribed diets.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, and tidying living spaces.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Escort clients to appointments and outings as needed.

Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.

Document care provided and report observations to the care team.

Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and care standards.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements

STNA License/HHA/CNA or Equivalent

High school diploma or equivalent.

CPR (preferred)

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Ability to pass background check

Willing to drive 30 miles to Mentor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
