What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
Help clients maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes
Support personal care needs as required

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of relevant experience required
Experience working in a nursing home and/or assisted living facility is a plus, but not required
Willingness to travel throughout the region we serve
Must have reliable transportation
Flexible availability, including the ability to work every other weekend
A dependable, team-oriented leader who is comfortable supporting both clients and caregivers
Takes initiative, works independently, and is proactive in addressing needs and challenges
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for providing quality care and supporting others
