About the Role

As a Pulaski Pa Caregiver, you will provide companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders to our clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and playing games
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Administer medication reminders and assist with managing medication regimens
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and our clinical team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with our team to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements

• 0 years of experience as a caregiver (we provide comprehensive training!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
