Chanda Care, Inc. is urgently hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and In-Home Caregivers throughout Western Massachusetts!

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

Make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing dementia care and supportive assistance
• Offering medication reminders
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services

Caregiver Requirements – Please Read Before Applying

Because our caregivers travel to clients' homes throughout Western Massachusetts, applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month
• Reliable smartphone and communication skills
• Ability to pass required background and reference checks
• Willingness to complete required training
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred. Experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, DSP, Personal Care Aide, or Home Care Assistant is a plus!
