Because our caregivers travel directly to clients' homes, all applicants MUST have:

• Valid driver's license
• Own reliable, personal vehicle
• Current, valid car insurance
• Reliable transportation to client assignments
• Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

Make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support clients living with dementia or memory challenges
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
• Communicate client updates to the care team

Caregiver Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
• Smartphone with reliable communication capabilities
• Ability to follow care plans and complete documentation
• Willingness to complete required training and orientation
• Ability to pass required background and reference checks
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
• Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, CNA, home health, or senior care experience is a plus!
