Weekday PT Caregiver **$17-$20hr**

Job Summary

Now hiring Caregivers to provide ADL and home health support to clients in the Pottstown/Phoenixville/Royersford area. Monday–Friday shifts and Weekend Day/Evening shifts are available with flexible scheduling options. Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship.

Job Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform personal care
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Job Duties

• Assistance with transfers and mobility
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
• Implementing client care plans
• Transportation to appointments when necessary
• Documenting care notes
