Responsibilities

* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support * Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed * Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the care coordinator * Respond to on-call needs over the weekend, filling in where coverage is required

Requirements

* Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred * Availability to work weekends and respond to on-call scheduling needs * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor * Ability to pass a background check and reference verification * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
