Alto Overland Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations across our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a role for an LPN who's ready to grow beyond the bedside and into a true nursing leadership position — with the mentorship of a strong Director of Nursing and the infrastructure of a well-staffed clinical team behind you.

What You Bring

• Active LPN license in Kansas or a compact state — required
• 2–5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and a genuine passion for senior care
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of elderly residents and their families
• A desire to grow into a senior nursing leadership role
