We're hiring Full-Time (2nd Shift) and Part-Time (1st Shift) LPNs and RNs in a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community where your clinical expertise is valued and your workday ends at a reasonable hour.

We're Hiring for TWO Schedules

Full-Time | 2nd Shift

3:00pm – 11:00pm

Weekend & holiday rotation as scheduled

Part-Time | 1st Shift

7:00am – 3:00pm

Weekend & holiday rotation as scheduled

What You Bring

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license in good standing — required
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
