We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 20-bed assisted living home that will work closely with the house manager. Duties

• Assist in managing daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality resident care
• Supervise caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote excellence in service delivery
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care
• Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Monitor adherence to health regulation policies and long-term care regulations to maintain licensing standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Manage facility budgets, oversee financial transactions related to healthcare services, and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Lead efforts in staff scheduling, recruitment, and retention to build a motivated and competent team dedicated to resident-centered care
