Work Schedule

Base Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Will work a mixture of 1st and 2nd shift hours as needed regularly to ensure activities are done with excellence on all shifts. Is position is a part of the DaySpring Assisted Living on-call rotation.

Position Summary

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is a leadership team member who is responsible for developing, coordinating, organizing, leading, and maintaining a quality Life Enrichment program for DaySpring Assisted Living and our Independent Living Apartments.

The Life Enrichment Coordinator uses their expertise, along with staff, family and community relationships/connections, to create meaningful activities based up each resident’s and tenant’s strengths, abilities, and interests.

The Life Enrichment Coordinator will ensure that the Life Enrichment program includes meeting the residents’ and tenants’ social, physical, emotional, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Essential Functions
