Plymouth Management Services is recruiting for one of our clients which is a well-established senior living community in the southern suburbs of Chicago is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living & Memory Care Manager to lead the daily operations of its Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience while supporting and developing a dedicated team. Clinical licensure is not required. We welcome candidates from a variety of senior living backgrounds. Our highest priority is identifying a leader with demonstrated experience managing Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities and a strong commitment to quality resident care and team leadership. Responsibilities Include:* Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Assisted Living and Memory Care services. * Foster a culture centered on resident dignity, hospitality, and person-centered care. * Lead, mentor, and develop department staff while promoting employee engagement and accountability. * Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, company policies, and quality standards. * Partner with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional service. * Support occupancy growth through outstanding customer service and positive resident and family experiences. * Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment.

Preferred Qualifications
