Caregiver - AM & PM helper shift- Full time lead

Duties

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or other special needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately.
• Monitor and manage behaviors using behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Lead position is a fulltime position and will be an on-call position

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with dementia care techniques is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients of all ages.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
