### Your Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe environment and protect clients from falls, injuries, and potential hazards.
• Assist with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health, mood, or behavior.
• Keep the home clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

### What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual individuals who take pride in providing quality care.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
