Better Health Home Care Services Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or PCA to join our growing team in Riverdale, GA. Responsibilities

* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting * Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and progress and report to supervising nursing staff * Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients safely * Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in their homes * Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families * Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures

Requirements

* Active and valid CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia * Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred * Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Riverdale, GA area * Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
