What You'll Do

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Help with personal care as appropriate
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Encourage hydration and daily routines
• Accompany to appointments or short outings when needed
• Observe changes and communicate with family
• Help create a safe, calm, and engaging environment
