CAREGIVER COORDINATOR

Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Caregiver department, ensuring compliance with all health policy standards
• Supervise and mentor caregiving staff
• Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training to maintain high-quality service standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records
• Collaborate with families to support client well-being and ensure seamless communication regarding care plans and health updates

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with previous supervising or leadership experience in healthcare settings
• Familiarity with health regulation policies
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Compassionate approach combined with strong communication skills to engage clients, families, and team members effectively
• Must be able to speak English, Spanish and Creole
