SEEKING COVERAGE FOR ALL SHIFTS/COVERAGE ALSO WANTED FOR HOLIDAYS

(Caregivers with OPEN Availability and/or Every Other Weekend Availability Preferred)

```The duties of this "INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR" Home Care position may include but aren't limited to:```

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including meal prep, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Following established care plans and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

-Ambulation

-Companionship and Overall Supervision

```Qualifications:```

- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant.

-High school diploma or equivalent.

- Pass a Level 2 background screening

-CPR Certification.

-HIV Training Certification.

-Recent TB Screening completed within last 6 months

-Personal Liability Insurance

- Completion of a certified home health aide training program.

EXPERIENCE

- Experience in patient assessment and providing patient service in home care setting, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc..

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical office procedures.

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and dementia care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
