### **We are offering a $250 sign-on bonus!**

Pay rates are based on experience level.

### Schedule:

We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Part-time caregivers have flexibility in scheduling, and Full-Time Caregivers can set their schedules.

### Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Complete a two-step TB test
• Reliable transportation
