Job Overview

Country Friends Assisted Living is hiring for 2nd shift. Shift hours are 2pm-10pm. Every other weekend off. Full time and part time available.

Duties

• Assist residents with ADL's including - Dressing, Bathing, Personal Hygiene, Mobility, Meals, etc.
• Administer medication after on site training is complete.
• Laundry and Light housekeeping
• Meal prep and service
• Companionship and emotional support
• Anything else the resident may require.

Qualifications

• Ideal applicants should have experience with resident care. Adult foster care and dementia experience is appreciated but not required
• All applicants must be able to pass a state and federal background check
• All applicants must have reliable transportation
• All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and be able to lift 50 pounds

Training

• Medication administration and documentation done on site
• First Aid and CPR done on site
• Dementia training done on site
• Proper body mechanics and handling of elderly residents done on site
• Proper meal preparation and service done on site

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
