Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in various settings, including home care and group homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at promoting independence and dignity while ensuring the safety and well-being of those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health is maintained.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Assist clients with mobility, including lifting when necessary, to promote their independence.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their unique needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or senior care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and resident rights is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
