Compensation & Perks

• Starting Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half for holiday shifts
• Room to Grow: Internal promotion and skill development

• Full-Time and Part time
• Overnight shifts available
• *Requirement:* Every other weekend & occasional holidays

Job Requirements

• Passion: A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity
• Age & Education: 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Background: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check
• *Experience:* Previous caregiving experience (in-home or facility) is welcomed, but not required!
