Elders' Helpers is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to support older adults throughout the Greater Holland area. We help clients live safely and independently at home through personalized, dependable care.

We welcome caregivers of all experience levels and especially encourage experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, DCWs, and bilingual caregivers to apply.

Pay & Rewards

• Starting pay of $17.25 per hour
• Increase to $17.75 per hour after completion of initial training
• Ongoing raises based on commitment, performance, and availability
• Extra earning opportunities through our CareCrown Rewards Program

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, homemaking, and personal care
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Support daily living activities and medication reminders
• Follow care plans and document visit details in our caregiver app

What You'll Need

• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• A smartphone for electronic visit verification
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to complete required training and background checks
