Elders' Helpers is expanding into Muskegon, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team.

As a locally owned West Michigan home care agency, we help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Whether you're an experienced caregiver, CNA, HHA, DCW, or simply have a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

We are especially interested in experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and bilingual caregivers who can help us serve the diverse needs of the Muskegon community.

Pay & Rewards

• Starting pay of $17.25 per hour
• Increase to $17.75 per hour upon successful completion of initial training
• Ongoing wage increases based on commitment, performance, and availability
• Additional earning opportunities through our CareCrown Rewards Program

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks
• Provide medication reminders
• Follow care plans and document visit information using our caregiver app

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Smartphone capable of using company applications
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to complete required training
