### Position Summary

FirstLight Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers for clients in Carmel Valley and Rancho Santa Fe. Join a friendly local team, care for wonderful clients, and bring a little brightness to someone’s day!

### Primary Responsibilities

• Bring companionship, conversation, and encouragement
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Help with meals and light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Communicate care updates with our office

### Required Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and insurance for assignments requiring driving
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain it—we can help!
• Meet required TB screening and background clearance requirements
• CNA certification welcome, but not required
