What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Your responsibilities will include

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Help with light housekeeping and other non-medical household tasks as needed.
• Observe and communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA experience or certification is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines.
• Weekend availability required.
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality client care.

Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with special care needs.

Work Location

Client homes in Evergreen, San Jose, Sunnyvale, and surrounding areas.
