We are currently hiring caregivers to serve clients throughout the Statesville area and are seeking team members who are reliable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration).
• Observe and promptly report any changes in a client's condition or home environment to the office.
• Accurately document services provided and complete required visit documentation.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA requirements, and professional standards of care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a related caregiving role is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to excellent client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
• Flexible availability is highly preferred.
