is currently hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to serve clients in the Cary and Apex, NC area.

Immediate Opening

We currently have an immediate need for a caregiver to work

Monday–Friday

8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

In addition to this opening, we are actively building our caregiver team for PRN, part-time, and future assignments throughout Cary, Apex, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration).
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or home environment.
• Complete required visit documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar caregiving role preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
• Flexible availability is a plus.
