Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for old pep[le and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interaction
• Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting any concerns related to abuse or neglect and reporting them promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized environment
• Collaborate with families, educators, or healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet each individual’s needs

Requirements

• Prior experience working with old people
• Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and implementing inclusive caregiving strategies
• Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and foster positive social interactions among elders
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, or healthcare providers
