Job Overview

Caregivers support older adults with respectful, attentive assistance that helps them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. This role calls for a caring approach, clear communication, and knowledge of senior care and basic first aid and CPR. Duties

• Provide compassionate, respectful support to older adults.
• Assist with everyday activities according to individual needs.
• Offer companionship and attentive, considerate interaction.
• Observe and communicate changes in a person’s needs.
• Follow safe practices when providing personal assistance.
• Use first aid and CPR knowledge when appropriate. Medication Reminders,
• Assist when walking, knowledge of fall prevention, Patient Monitoring, Knowledge of seniors with dementia

Experience

• Familiarity with senior care and older adults’ needs.
• First aid and CPR knowledge.
• Patience, empathy, and respect for personal dignity.
• Clear communication with care recipients and others involved.
• Reliability, sound judgment, and attention to safety.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
