Now Hiring Caregivers – Hartford, WI CBRF

Are you compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking motivated Caregivers to join our team at our two Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) in Hartford, WI.

We operate two small, welcoming homes—one with 6 residents and one with 8 residents. Most of our residents are ambulatory, social, and able to engage, which makes for a positive and interactive work environment.

Position Details

• Shifts: 3rd shift, 3-4 shifts a week, every other weekend
• Staffing: One caregiver per home (independent role)
• Type of Candidate: Self-starters who can work independently without direct supervision
• Weekend Premium: Additional pay for caregivers willing to work all but one weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities as needed
• Support residents in maintaining independence and engagement
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Third Shift is mainly cooking, cleaning and STAYING AWAKE. These 3 skills are mandatory.
