Caregiver

Overview

Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting resident care, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and contributing to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the position in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Required:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as applicable to the position.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
