Currently, we're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in the greater Lincoln area, including

• Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Meaningful companionship and conversation

Experience

• Proven experience in senior care, home health, or long-term care environments with a focus on patient observation
• Familiarity with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities
• Certification in CPR is currently not required, but is a good thing to have; additional certifications such as first aid or specialized caregiving courses are also a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
