Responsibilities

--------------------

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility and transfers as outlined in the care plan
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
• Complete timely and accurate care documentation

Requirements

----------------

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of documented caregiving or home care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
